Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Our 3.5oz candles burn for approx. 25 hours. Always follow proper candle care for the best experience. Please note: Estimated burn time is based on following proper candle care and safe burning practices.
Q: What type of wax do you use?
A: We use high-quality, clean-burning Olive Oil wax designed to maximize fragrance throw while being eco-conscious and safe for your home.
Q: Are your candles safe for pets and children?
A: Yes, when used as directed. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of pets and children.
Q: How should I care for my candle?
A: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar, and burn in a safe, draft-free area for the most even, long-lasting experience.
Q: Can I leave my candle burning unattended?
A: For safety, never leave a burning candle unattended. Candles are best enjoyed while present in the moment—perfect for inviting stillness and reflection into your day.
Wax Melts & Room Sprays
Q: How do I use your wax melts?
A: Place a wax melt in a wax warmer and allow the fragrance to fill your space. Enjoy moments of reflection and intentional stillness as your home is infused with scent.
Q: How do I use your room sprays?
A: Spray lightly into the air or on linens to create an atmosphere of peace, encouragement, or inspiration wherever you are.
Q: Are your scents safe for pets?
A: Our products are crafted with care, but please use in well-ventilated areas and avoid direct contact with pets.
Q: How long does the fragrance last?
A: Candles provide hours of aromatic enjoyment, wax melts release scent with each use, and room sprays linger for up to 2 hours—perfect for setting the mood or enhancing your spiritual practice. Please note that the size of the space may impact scent coverage.

Q: What is a guided journal?
A: Our guided journals provide prompts to help you reflect, process, and grow spiritually and emotionally, while leaving space for your own thoughts.
Q: Are your journals faith-based?
A: Yes. Each journal invites God into your reflection process, encouraging intentional spiritual growth alongside personal exploration.
Q: Can I use my own journaling method with your prompts?
A: Absolutely! Our prompts are meant to inspire, not restrict. You are free to engage with them in whatever way serves your journey best.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, shipping may take slightly longer. Please note: During our launch, orders will begin shipping as of 9/15.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once purchased. Please contact us as soon as possible.

A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: While our products are packaged with intention and care, we do understand that damage can happen once they leave our facility. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
